Small (Petite): Face width: Less than 135mm Best for: Narrow faces, children/teens Fit: Snug + secure

Medium (Standard): Face width: 135–150mm Best for: Most adults, average build ← MOST COMMON Fit: Comfortable + secure

Get a ruler or measuring tape
Place it horizontally across the widest part of your face (temple to temple)
Write down your measurement in mm
